We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took the time to write us a review about Newlyn Court
The best things about living here are security and peace and quiet. A lovely home which is easy to heat and clean surrounded by lawns which are attended regularly.
If needed, a bus service from the end of the road, shops extremely close and could be walked to, if no other transport available. Blackpool has many shows which are easily accessible if we wished.
An added bonus for all of us, is that the owners Val and Bill are always ready to lend a helping hand and are the kindest people I know.
They are hands-on when needed, with advice etc.

The attractiveness of Newlyn Court with its subtle differences in and around each well-kept park home.
The general friendliness and eagerness to help others.
A sense of security which the large iron gates provide.
A driveway for each home for one car and parking bays for visitors.
Ease in which to catch a bus, just a few yards walk.
In the 22 years I have lived here on Newlyn Court, I have never desired to pack up and go. Even the owners of the site are more like friends, they ARE friends, which they are, rather than just business orientated.

it’s very convenient for the supermarket. I have been living on the site for 11 years, and I am satisfied to continue with this help of very good site owners.
We like living here, the neighbours are friendly. we like the security on here and feel very safe. Val & Bill are lovely people and have helped us a lot.

In 1994 my husband and I purchased a park home on the newly opened Newlyn Court. it was the best move we made. Not only living in a park home, it is a warm easily maintained property, but the friendship and the caring, of a close-knit community. this is comforting to me, after losing my husband six years ago.
Finally, the thing which makes Newlyn Court the best!!!, park. are the owners Valerie and Bill Oldham. They are the most wonderful people I have ever met.
There is nothing they wouldn’t do for their residents, (or I should say friends!)
any emergency they are on hand to help, and when husbands and wives die, they are also on hand to share in whatever they can do. I absolutely love my park home, the site where it is situated and the superb owners I’m not going anywhere soon!!!

We bought a park home here in 1996, the best movie ever made.
the park is well run, safe and secure with electronic gates and CCTV, and the owners are the nicest, most genuine and caring people you could wish to meet.
it is very quiet, yet it’s only 1 mile from the prom and with easy access to the M55 / M6 motorways. there is a bus stop outside the gates, also a little corner shop and a subway sandwich shop.
Less than half a mile away is Blackpool retail park with Morrison’s, Curry’s, PC World, Harveys furniture, Aldi, pets at home, Argos, Dunelm Mill, pound land, TK Max, Halfords and McDonald’s.
There is a big Lidl store just a little further down the road and a nice pub and restaurant at the airport gates. We can thoroughly recommend Newlyn Court; it is a nice place to live and so convenient for everything
